Forum:How can I rate search results?
I have read the whole forum but didn't found some usefull answers.
I'm a newbie on this "search engine".I don't have not a lot of time but would
like to help. That's why I'm asking my question!
I tried to search "neurnoale netzwerke" (german). There are a lot of usefull links! But the 6th entrie doesn't have anything to do with neural networks. How can I rate this page??!! Did I understand something wrong ? If I click on (discuss these results) I'm getting a prompt to write a mini article!
Thats my first question, everything else to another time
BTW: I have to use IE6 (business notebook)

And it doesn't really matter whether you participate in German or English or whatever else. Please register, log in, and then we can go forward together. And if you are interested in neural networks, just enter this term in the search are you will at least see a preliminary answer in English... -- Ipigott 19:54, 17 February 2008 (UTC)

- In order to rate a result, you can click on one of the stars beside it. The stars should appear beside a search result once you move your mouse over the result. However, when ranking the results, currently the search engine does not yet take this user feedback into account. It says so in a dialog box that appears once you click on a star. If you want to contribute, you could start by documenting this (:-). --Rainer 11:46, 18 February 2008 (UTC)
- I have tested it right now and you're (of course) right! That's a nice feature ... when it will work sometimes.Schmmichael 14:10, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
