About automated reasoning systems -- do they exist? How can the project benefit from Natural Language Processing techniques. Why not preprocess data with such a system and then fine grain it with human interactive tagging? Kdulep 20:34, 16 May 2007 (UTC)

Automatic Reasoning Systems already exits. The problem is to give them the information they need in a form they understand. You need the following:

• A gigant manually written semantic database full of information. Ontoworld tries to do so using Wikipedia.
• A semantic reasoner (optional, but recommended)
• A natural language processing algorithm that measures the semantic relations between the natural language webpages and the semantic database.
