TEFL stands for teaching English as a foreign language. See also TESL. TEFLChina.org is a Web site for teachers of English in China networking on the TEFLChina email lists but the Web site should have been a wiki. So Roger made it so in 2006 and gave it worldwide focus at Wikigogy.org.
