Xing is a german business network website. It features most of the common social networking abilites, like friend lists, forums, mail and various settings to publish your contact data. Privacy options can be set to only allow your contacts to see business contact data, private contact data or everything.
The website could be used to keep in contact with former colleagues or find new job vacancies. Some head hunters (create) already use the site to find job seekers.
