search:Namespace
A namespace is a set of names in which all names are unique.[1]
In Wikia Search wiki page titles, the namespace name is the part before the colon. If there is no colon, the page is in the default "main" namespace that has no namespace lable.
- Example
- User:Rogerhc is a page in the user namespace, an area of the wiki for user related pages
- Search:Namespace, the page you are now reading, is a page in the search namespace, an area of the wiki for pages about this wiki.
- Mini:TEFL China is a page in the mini namespace, an area of the wiki for mini articles
- Butter is a not yet existent page in the default and unlabled main namespace, an area of the wiki for... someone who knows what the main namespace is for... please explain...

A list of all Wikia Search wiki namespaces can be seen at the bottom of the wiki's Special:Search page that is for searching within the contents of the wiki. Each namespace listed there has a check box next to it that you check if you want to include that namespace's pages in your search.
