Similar to Special:Search, the purpose of this page is to let you search this wiki (search.wikia.com).

Since the on-board search (see below) does not work, here is a convenient link to an external search engine:
www.google.com/search?q=site:search.wikia.com. On that page, enter your search term(s) in the input box after the site:search.wikia.com text, separated by a space.

It would be nice to use Wikia Search for this purpose, but that does not work, effectively.
For some search queries, the search engine does return links to Search wiki pages as a result, so the engine appears to crawl the wiki. However, currently external search engines search the wiki much better than Wikia Search itself.
For example, Wikia Search currently gives no useful response to queries such as site:search.wikia.com transparency (compare this with www.google.com/search?q=site:search.wikia.com+transparency) or search wikia transparency.

Similar to Special:Search, the below input box should allow you to search this wiki. In practice, it delivers far less results, and the particularly relevant ones are likely missing. For example, try to search for "transparency". search:Transparency will not show up, although the page is months old.
